Pamela took such great care of us! The room was nice and was comfortable, and it was very peaceful and relaxing there. She was fun to talk to, and she does a great job with breakfast. Next time I go to Hawaii, I will be calling her again.
Roaches! This place is infested with roaches. We checked in and killed one in our bathroom and thought nothing of it. We left to eat and when we got back there were several in the bathroom and everywhere in the kitchen. Crawling all over dishes, in the flower vase and on the walls and ceiling. We had our daughter so we decided to pay the $230 cancellation fee and get a hotel. On our way out the hostess had left her bedroom door open to reveal that she is also a hoarder. This was the most disgusting place I've ever been. Motel 6 would have been better!
