A nice condo complex 2BR 2Bath at the south end of Kona. Good place to rent short term or long term. Mostly full time owners living there.
Friend lived here and it was kinda noisy. Very limited parking, tennis court and pool... anyone ever use them? Supposedly free cable. Pets and smoking on property.
